Annual General Meeting & Members Forum  December 3 

Members Forum

The next MCG Members’ forum will be held on Monday 3rd December at our MCG office 89 Tennant Street Fyshwick from 2 - 4.30pm. The forum will be followed by a general meeting from 5 – 6pm and AGM at 6pm.

Afternoon tea will be provided.

The forum topics are:

  • Member’s forum to talk about your priorities, share information, discuss the progress of projects and any issues affecting your work
  • MCG program update

We are keen to hear about:

  • Our strengths and weaknesses: what was achieved and what wasn’t achieved?
  • What needs to happen to meet the challenges?

General Meeting

The general meeting has been convened to give members the opportunity to consider our proposed MCG business model, some proposed minimal constitution changes to support that business model, and a proposal to create a new company to provide professional resources to support MCG’s core work.

If you would like a summary paper to provide background to the meeting, please request this with your RSVP.  A copy of an updated Business Strategy and our Services Brochure can also be circulated on request.
 
Please make sure you or your group are financial, so you can participate in the voting at the AGM.
